At Ashoka Iron and Steel Industries, we believe that quality is only achievable when every stage of the process is within our control. That is why our Ludhiana plant is equipped with complete in-house manufacturing and testing infrastructure.
From the moment raw material arrives at our plant in Station Road, Industrial Area-C, Dhandari Kalan, to the moment a finished bright bar leaves for dispatch — every step is performed, inspected and verified by our own team using our own equipment.
This end-to-end control is what allows us to guarantee consistent quality, tight tolerances, and reliable delivery across all grades and profiles — batch after batch.

At Ashoka Iron and Steel Industries, our quality policy is to manufacture bright bars that fully conform to the specified grade, dimensional tolerance class, and surface quality requirements — verified through in-house chemical, dimensional, and non-destructive testing before every dispatch. No batch leaves our plant without passing all six quality gates. Material Test Certificates are available on request for all grades and profiles.
Our Material Test Certificates (MTC) include: Heat number and raw material source · Full chemical composition analysis (spectrometer verified) · Mechanical properties (tensile strength, yield strength, hardness) · Dimensional inspection results · Applicable standard/grade reference · AISI signature and stamp. MTC is provided on customer request at no additional charge.
